Have heard so many good things about AS but haven't had the opportunity to try them out yet. Almost did a while back since AS was my plan B but I ultimately got on the oversold, higher priority D1s ahead of me, volunteers requested but not needed, nonstop flight. Thanks Mr. No-show!

I've given a guest pass to a stranded person before (which is what she did) and helped the adult child of an employee contact her parent plus helped her get something ticketed so she could make a flight home. It is just the kind of thing we do. Our corporate culture encourages things like this. From what I understand, the company even offered to reimburse the employee afterward but she declined.
