We ALWAYS put OA non revs in F if there is space ... several times I have been on CO, and relegated to a middle seat, with four open in F.
What gives CO peeps?

As Spongebue said on most airlines this is a thing of the past. At US even us as employees we have to pay a $20 fee (domestic) and $100 (TATL and GIG) to go up front. If you dont pay the fee they will put u in the back of the bus, even if the front of the plane has plenty of seats. OAL employees don't even have the ability to pay the move up fee so they automatically get offloaded in coach. I don't agree with this but what can I do.

Chepos
When I go OAL I'm really just happy to get on.
First, are carriers putting OALs in business, but not first, or no upgrade at all for any reason?
Second, is one more likely to get upgraded as a jumpseater than on a ZED pass? (I'll be heading to PRG in June, so I'm specifically referring to intl travel). I'm just trying to plan ahead as best as possible, and curb my expectations if necessary.
Any more when I see OALs on DL, they are not upgraded. JSA's are coach seats as well. Better than sitting in a JS, yes?
BTW--good luck with Prague in June--that's the annual music festival, as well as various others in the region. Better have a good Plan B and train/bus options.

We will be there at the end of June. Are the festivals prior to that or does it run most of the month?
Mid May to early June is music, end June is dance, beer is mid/late, and the Euro 2012 is all month thru early July. I'd get my changeable reservations made sometime soon if you're picky. It's a very busy tourist month. First trip?
Lots of info in other Prague threads--we go often and a few others have been just this past fall.

Yes, first trip. Group from our church is going for a mission trip. We figured we could save around $2200 between the two of us if we non-rev'd over and back.
Sure glad/happy we're DL.
