Best Flight Attendants?

The friendliest, most helpful and efficient flight attendants in the world are predominantly found on Asian airlines.
That’s according to flyers across 160 countries who completed 18 million customer satisfaction surveys which asked respondents to rate their favorite airline cabin crew.
Topping Skytrax World Airline Awards category of best cabin staff: Hong Kong’s flagship carrier Cathay Pacific, which took the No.1 spot from flight attendants of Malaysia Airlines who won the title last year.
Meanwhile, of the top 10 airlines boasting the best cabin crew, eight are from Asia.
Winners were announced at the Paris Air Show this week.

3. Malaysia Airlines
4. EVA Air
5. Singapore Airlines
6. ANA All Nippon Airways

7. Garuda Indonesia
8. Qatar Airways
9. Hainan Airlines

I only see one non-asian airline. What am I missing?
We enjoyed our flight on Garuda last year--Bangkok to DPS. Very efficient service; FA's do the "playboy bunny" maneuver when serving the aisle seat or reaching down into the cart--back straight, knees bent. (we used to call it the dip, I recall, but thta was long ago...)

playboy bunny" maneuver? Never seen that, but Garuda PER-BKK the FA's were nice. I got to say BA's FA's are one of the nicest I've seen.

I wonder where KE placed?
The dip is this: Drink tray is held at midrib level (slightly above the waist, aka just below the boobs--DUH!). While balancing the tray and staying erect (no chortles!!) bunny places cocktail napkin (so many innuendos!!) first by bending knees, followed by beverage delivery. Slight hesitation leaving the table, with cottontail in full view while exiting...

Whoa--Down Boy!! GA FA's aren't bunnies... we took SIN/DPS and yes, they are cute.
