Default What are AA's flight benefits like?

Hey everyone, I've recently been offered a position by AE. Can anyone tell me what the flight benefits are like? Thanks all.

From what i heard from an eagle employee they pay like $100 per segment or maybe its done via a milage calculator.... I did hear something about not getting free flights till 5 year anniversary.

We deff have it lucky on the DL side

I've heard that AA/AE employees pay a small fee for domestic Y & a slightly more fee for domestic F. More importantly I'm curious about the International charges/limitations if any and who else would be able to fly on my benefits. I currently have my DL benefits as a retiree :/ what good that does me, isn't a whole lot but it beats nothing.

Definitely incorrect. There is a fee for employees with less than 5 years of service but it is substantially less than $100. Eagle employees get the same as AA, which is unlimited travel system wide, valid in any cabin.

Does anyone know if American Connection employees are allowed to list for first on AA flights? I've heard both ways.

No, they cannot. American Connection employees are eligible for travel in economy only.
