JetNet Listing Changes?
So, trying to list F on an AA flight to Europe out of JFK. NRTP shows three classes, but drop down list allows only for Business and Coach. Have tried through the Help Desk and phone to find out if this is new policy or merely a glitch in the system. Anyone else having the same problem? (By the way, flights within US, for example, JFK LAX, not having same problem.) Thanks!
Hi and welcome! Only the 777-300 and some 777-200 have 3 classes of services, F, J & Y. If you are looking at a 767 or 757 flight to Europe, the plane only has 2 cabins, Y & J, no F.

You're right. Although there is still a glitch in the system as it indicates there are first class seats 8 16 70 kind of thing when you first call up the screen to select flights.
