The Southern X is a top notch but in a quiet part of town. (Presume it's the Southern X on Goulburn Street?) Vista - hmmm. Downmarket (this the one at Wynyard?) but in a good area for the Darling Harbour eateries and stuff. Carlton Crest - was once a good one, now, I just don't know. You tried any at Darling Harbour??
