Hi Al. Thanks for your prompt reply. Unfortunately I'd already tried the admin route and you wouldn't believe all the options they have except none of them matched my query and when I chose a couple I got voicemail!! I called the res number and was held in a queue for 15mins! I guess that I'm not menat to find out the embargoes? Oh as I'm writing this I'm thru'. Staff travel number is 0208 600 4375!
