About LinkBacksDoes anyone know how hard it is to get from Seattle to Tokyo in January on NW? My son is thinking of visiting a friend who is in school there but has to be back within a reasonable amount of time.

Hello Donna,
Having lived myself for several years in Japan, I can tell you that it is sometimes hard to get to Japan, but the loads are in general better in Januari/Feb. Also please keep in mind that flights to japan are under strict weight restrictions, which means that for example when a flight still has many empty seats, does not mean that the Airline will accept Non-revs as there may be lots of Cargo on the Plane; or maybe weather related conditions. Off course you never know for sure what happens.
