International Peace Park in NAGASAKI. Taken in 1995 when my ship pulled into Sasebo. Fifty years after the bomb got dropped there.
Bombed out IRAQI personnel carrier. Took this picture in KUWAIT in 1991.
You can visit beautiful KUWAIT. No swimming pool, but plenty of AMMO laying around. (At least back in 1990-91) You can see a couple of RPG rounds at the Highway of Death.
And take a cruise along the SUEZ CANAL on this beautiful explosive loaded vessel with plenty of military hardware. Your passage to the MIDDLE EAST will be one you will never forget.
