Mmmmm....sounds like the song PLAY THAT FUNKY MUSIC WHITE BOY by the great WILD CHERRY of STEUBENVILLE OHIO around 1975. Takes me back to the days of riding the bus to school and somebody playing this song in a boom box and the crazies in the back of the bus singing away to the tune.
