Really? At a purchase price like that, they couldn't just include it in the cost, even if it meant raising it $30? Don't get me wrong, that'd be amazing... I just find that part kinda funny.

that's just the handling fee LuxuryLink charges for each auction--some are $40 , I think
I've bought several--and whether $200 or $2000, it's the same fee to process.
