<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (29Palms @ Jan 20 2010, 05:00 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div>This is exactly what I meant when I said in Asia, your ticket MUST specify exactly From-To, else they don't take it unless you run into some SUPER DUPER NICE ground staff. Its not just in MNL, almost all ports in Asia does that. I once flew my own airline out of CAN, the silly ground manager wanted to rip off my first leg as I did not use it. She claims that "I'll have to take back your first leg since its out of sequence"I was told I needed to fix the ticket to read MNL-NRT. I tried to explain that it was a ZED fare and shouldn't make a difference but apparantly at NINOY AQUINO AIRPORT, it does make a difference.[/b]. I tried my best to explain to that numb skull that it does NOT matter as it is ZED and we are charged by sectors. In the end, I lost but then the ticketing office in CAN said i was right and so did other ticketing office.
To cut the story short I flew out of HKG with my spare ticket
