    Default Stuck in BKK? Thai Increasing Capacity to NRT on A380

    THAI Airlines starting 1/16/15 is increasing capacity on BKK - NRT route, with the addition of 2nd daily A380 service. This is in addition to the 1x daily 787 - 800.


    ID90 Fare $87.40

    THAI 8:00am 1st departure*

    JAL 8:15am*

    ANA 7:05am*

    Nice to know--thanks. That is a great price if you have to get out of BKK. Keep in mind: if you use a paper zed, TG takes their sweet time to refund tkts. We are still waiting for 2 OW DPS. Requested refund at DL counter 9/10. I expect refund will require the full 90 days. Last time it took almost 90.

    Keep in mind with Thai, they prefer you to list 7 days in advance, we found this out the hard way in BKK. But thankfully the AF flight from BKK-CDG is usually wide open.

    I did a zed from MNL to NRT about a year and a half ago, forgot what I paid. But they stuck us in first class too. ANA Airlines. It was the best flight for us out of Manila and not the congested terminal down town we normally flew out of.
