Passenger traffic at Asia Pacific airports increased 8% year-on-year while passenger traffic at Middle Eastern airports increased 12% in Dec-2015. In Asia Pacific, BKK delivered the highest growth rate +40.6% for the year driven by both strong domestic and international travels. Other major airports in the region generated sizeable growth include KIX +19.9% and PUS+19.6%.

The Middle East led all other regions in passenger traffic growth rates, with major hubs all reported double digit growth for the year: DXB +10.7%, DOH +17.1% and AUH+17.3%.
