My spouse is an ex-Flight attendent for USAir and was given 10 free round trips per year for each family member(direct.) For 10 years, and I am not sure about buddy passes. I need to know how I can take advantage of one of these passes without her knowledge. Can I use her name for electronic boarding ticket kiosks? Also how do I get an extra ticket for a friend. And know she would not care but I don't want her to know.

    Aloha Hit 5500,
Your request for a pass without the airline personnel's authorization could get you into a world of trouble. With the climate of international terrorism and security issues our nation is facing, you would surely be taking a tremendous risk if you chose to be covert with an airline crew members passes. My recommendation is that you pony up and pay full fare on a great deal to the destination of your choice. Doesn't that beat the risk of putting yourself (and friend) in jeopardy? Just think of the relief you would feel knowing your choice was squeaky clean...
