Are you talking about a PERX cruise? I've never done one, but I'm pretty certain you(as the employee) can reserve up to 2 cabins and put you drunken college buddy there if you want. Just not more than 2 cabins. However, it certainly wouldn't hurt to give PERX a call and inquire. I don't know if they pass them around the pilot break rooms, but if you're ever stuck in an outstation ops, there would probably be a copy sitting around.
