    Default Ravens getting mean

Brutal. Pittsburgh and Baltimore are downright SAVAGES. You play against them, things break! Kicker for Cincy got plowed during a kickoff return to the tune of a broken jaw against Pittsburgh, thought they were looking like the real Steelers. Tonight in Detroit, Baltimore put a real hurting against Pettigrew and Megatron. The Megatron was beat up so many times, he was afraid to catch the ball. I know Pittsburgh is basically out, but the Ravens are very much in the hunt. I cringe every time I watch that defense lay up on somebody. They may lack certain skills to take it all the way but with Baltimore, as last season, you just don't know. And they did this tonight in a DOME away from home. They seem to be able to win anywhere. Snow like last Sunday in Baltimore, and now inside a dome. Kicker Justin Tucker kicked a 61 yard field goal. No way this would have happened in the cold and snow/wind in MT Bank Stadium in Baltimore in December.

Lots of strange combinations needed I'm sure. Ravens look like they have a rough chance of making it but it depends on those two remaining games or is it three?

Oh, yea. Interesting week. Patriots with all their damage in injuries, keep on winning. I don't know how they do it. Good thing about the Ravens loss was that they are still in it. They have to win plus either a San Diego or Dolphins loss, or a loss by Pitt, San Diego and Dolphins. I think its going to be another East from the Beast that goes and wins in the Superbowl. Everyone says SF or SEATTLE but I think that people will be in for a real surprise.

NFL dominated by North Eastern teams. Check out the last few Superbowls within recent memory. Pittsburg 2 superbowl wins and another appearance, Baltimore, two wins, Giants, two wins, Patriots, 3 wins and 2 losses, Eagles, one superbowl appearance. That's 13 superbowls by these 4 North Eastern teams. Only teams that blow in Northeast are the Bills, Redskins.

I agree. Seattle will fall like a deck of cards and SF doesn't have enough heart. Broncos will lose too. I just don't know where Chargers and KC will end up. Maybe Arizona and Pats Superbowl

It's early still and alot of scenarios aching to play out who knows how? I like Baltimore the way they were playing with some serious phyisical smash mouth ball, but the Patriots ran over them in ugly fashion. Is it Baltimore had a bad day or the Patriots are a brutal team noone knows about? Patriots steam rolling Baltimore at Baltimore and holding them to only 7 points? Meanwhile running the score up to what? 40 something? But this from a team that lost to MIAMI the week prior giving Denver the number one seed??? So here I'm thinking that New England is a deck of cards defence, only to see them hold Baltimore....(Thanks to alot of Baltimore penalties.) to only a touchdown? I still think Baltimore and Pittsburgh are the baddest asses in the AFC but New England seems to be setting the standard. I doubt Denver, KC, INDY will do any real damage when the big boys come out to play in Jan.
