    Taxes alone for that route = $138.50, which inlcudes the UK departure taxes of $105.

    Be aware that the UK Government has generously decided to increase the APD ( government enforced departure tax ) by up to 50% as of 1st Nov.

    Britski99 -- What's the status on the proposal to pay per plane vs. per passenger? Do you happen to know?

    Wow. That sucks. Only good thing is there are Fewer and Fewer Non-Revs competing for seats out of lhr. I heard FRA may be looking into APD also ;(
