Looking for someone not using their 2nd cabin that DCL allows. We have 3 families going so we need that extra cabin. Flexible on dates/itinerary -- either Bahamas or Baltic! Just want to get on DCL. More than happy to pass back some of the savings.

Sorry I can't help you with the extra cabin, but I'm actually curious...what # do you call to get the airline employee rates for their cruises (I'm assuming it's one of Disney's direct #'s)? We go to Disneyworld way too often because in all fairness it's a cheap and convenient trip, and hubby has their # on speed dial. We just never realized discounts we available on their cruises! (Now humming "A whole new world..."). Is it the same phone number for both the resorts AND the cruises? I'm thinking the resorts are about 40 - 45% off...are the cruises the same way? This might be a good option for us in Oct (fall break) or Dec (our typical "pre-Christmas still in value season" Disneyworld visit).
You would do the booking through one of the interline agencies - Dargul or Perx or others. The cruises are a particularly good deal and the prices that you pay require pre-payment of gratuities as part of the package, so you almost get that "out of the way." For example, a balcony cabin for 3 for a one week cruise for Thanksgiving week last year was about $6600 "retail"; the interline rate for 3 including the 3 gratuities was $2670. And that was for a holiday week and for a balcony.
