    I did a quick search on a 2 day on Carnival going MIA-NAS-MIA on Nov 1: USAA-137 pppn PERX-119 PPPN

    Believe it or not, I called Carnival directly and got better deals verifying my Airline Employee status usually January-March

    But by joining USAA they gave me 5000 points, comes out to 300 bucks off right there. Just for signing up in their travel web site or something. Like some kind of rewards points system. Frequent flyer kind of thing.

    Other half has been checking out USAA travel sight and is totally sold on their rates. Gonna definately book a cruise with them sometime for the next year. She's been bouncing them with PERX and USAA seems to have more attractive rates, Also considering the 5000 points to go along with it sounds like the better of the deals thus far.
