The management in our station really needs some communication training. We need more redcoat/pl meetings. I have not seen the station manager in a very long time. I think that management should be very visable especially when there are irops involved. I look forward to more opinions.
We had the pleasure of visiting DTW and that terminal was about as lively as this forum! Staff we encountered was great. Coming from CVG, which has closed all but one concourse, it was quite a change. Guess it works both ways in a "merger" so much staff has left for "greener" pastures (had to, to stay with DL) Maybe you'll get some new folks to supplement (replace?) yours. Are you in SEA?
