Thread: Adding Companion and MIA/FLL to SFO

My friend is a Delta employee and I'm about to be added on as his travel companion. Can somebody shed some light on how long it takes once they receive the form to be activated?

Also, I'm going to plan a trip to SFO from either MIA or FLL July 8-10 or 15-17. Could somebody help me in knowing the costs of getting there and what the availability looks like?
