You know they all screw up at one time or another. I landed in the hospital due to Delta ground crew refusing me a wheelchair or preboarding when I had my 2 y.o Grson. That was a paid flight. Continental a few years ago on another paid ticket to Cozumel stranded me in cancun airport overnight..long story, they were suppossed to meet me and send me to a hotel because of some serious screw ups. I flew AA on miles to get home to Cozumel Mx last month and they were awesome with special service I did not expect. My best service has been on carriers of other countries, Korean Air, Luftansa, and Emerites.
