    Default Need your help please-buddy pass schedule-mem-ogg

    I'm letting a friend of mine use buddy passes from Memphis to Maui but when I went to schedule their trip, it is not giving me all of the options for the date/time and it says that the taxes/fees on the flight are $734 for both tickets. That seems a little high to me, I was thinking they would be in the $150-$200 range. Am I not doing something right when I go to schedule? Please let me know!!!!

    The travel dates are January 11-17. Memphis-OGG. The loads look good but the price doesn't seem right to me. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

    If the $743 is for two tickets then that sounds normal. Going to the buddy pass calculator it is basically showing around $440 r/t for 1 ticket but showed routing options that would lower that price. Not sure what options it is not giving you. It looks like they have to go through LAX.

    Thanks Tony! Well now when I log in under my account it shows my companion rate at $181.50 per person round trip? Can I book the buddy pass tickets off this same rate or is it separate? What other routes/pricing were you coming up with? I cant seem to get it any lower in my buddy pass calculator. I appreciate the help!

    you need to assign the buddy passes to a person then make a dummy booking without paying to get exact amount
    Companion passes are less than buddies

    Thank you Mrs767, I'm still having issues, i was never trained how to get that far and I've called my lead but have had no luck. Do you mind entering in the info and letting me know how much it comes up for the buddy pass? They are trying to get an idea of how much to budget.

    MEM-OGG January 11.

    OGG-MEM returning January 17

    2 passengers

    I checked the loads and they are not too bad.

    I'm sorry but our pass riders are already booked for this year so I can't add anyone to do a dummy tkt.
    I can only take a buddy and give you the amount including change fees for them.
    I got $273 /pax RT which may/may not include the $25 fee to change origianl destination

    Why do u think the buddy pass calculator comes back at $735? I wish there was a guide that showed me how to do this in training lol.

    Do you mean that you plugged in those dates Mem-OGG for one of your buddy passes and it came back at $273, sorry for all of the questions, I'm still learning this
