I'd suggest you watch ALL Jettiquette videos and that will give you a bunch of info, via the corny formats and you'll be able to answer FAQs.
Your folks must know the ropes--changing options like, connecting thru DTW or CVG to MCO for the nephew--how old is he? Does he have to fly w/adult?
Agree w/Scot--use S2 for both legs (or more legs if you have to connect elsewhere--don't forget CVG has nonstop on wkends--Sat only?)
