Default Getting additional pages for passport

    Hey,

I am running out of spaces in my Passport and I read you can go to a passport agency to get same day service, but you have to show proof of international travel in the next 2 weeks. Does anyone know if this applies to standby travel? Can you show them your standby listing and get extra pages that same day?

    Thanks For your help!

yes, but you need an appointment. Take your ID and listing and then you get to pay the fee (it used to be FREE) and the expedite fee--oh joy!!--more for the govmint. I had to wait hours and it was precarious getting home but I made it. ( I think I took a letter of employment for my husband & pic of his ID)
    I did mine in DC.

I am actually no longer an employee of Delta but I am still under my dads flight benefits because he retired with Delta. Would it still be possible for me to show just my standby listing and get my pages then?

As Mrs767er said, very easy to do!

I actually had to do this in March.

Flew to MSP on the first flight in the morning, took the light rail downtown, dropped my passport off and paid the fee, went to lunch with a friend, came back at 2pm and picked it up, rode light rail back to MSP, flew back home by 5pm.

I brought a fake stand by listing but they did not need it....

The toughest part is the fee, which as she said, was free until a couple of years ago.....

I didn't have an immediate need, so I just sent my passport in for extra pages just before they started charging for it. I'll be honest, I don't know that I'll actually need it, but the fact that they were adding a ~$80 fee was just so outrageous that it was partly me taking an opportunity to mooch what I could in case I had to pay in the future.
