    Default DL Adds PHL-RDU Service

    DELTA starting 9/4/13 is launching 4x daily(3x on Sundays) PHL-RDU service, utilizing a CRJ200 aircraft. The 50 seater will be short lived, upgrading to a CRJ7 by January 2014.

    DL3971 PHL 8:55 – 10:25a RDU
    DL3850 PHL 12:00 – 1:30p RDU
    DL3878 PHL 3:35 – 5:05p RDU
    DL3879 PHL 6:25 – 7:55p RDU


    DL3971 RDU 7:00 – 8:30a PHL
    DL3870 RDU 8:55 – 12:25p PHL
    DL3878 RDU 1:40 – 3:10p PHL
    DL3879 RDU 4:30 – 6:00p PHL

    200 hundred seats a day between the city pairs ??? Wonder what method to the madness this dart throwing enterprise is up to ? Delta trying to upstage something that American/USAir is or was planning to fly. There is more to this motive than meets the eye !
