Myself and my two children are thinking about non-reving it in and out of Palau this June. We all just became PADI Advance Diver Certified! It looks like June is a low season and flights listing and availability look good for now. What should I expect? With only 2 Delta-Flights in and 2 out per week from NRT, is the availability in low season still pretty good? Also I read about some fees that can only be paid in cash with exact change. If the flight has no availability and we have to try another day, will we have to pay the Departure Fee twice? Thank you, and any experienced information is welcome!
