The stupid nonrev area below is closed. Traffic is a nightmare and it isn't any better because of G.O, Virginia and Camp Creek EMP busses drop off there. Do not drop. Up the escalator to the kiosk and use the North Security Checkpoint (Blue Side) to bypass the main line..
