I had the privilege of a private flight EWR/PIT waaaaay back 30+ yrs ago. First, they moved me to first class, then captain invited me to flight deck. I got as far as the open door, held on, and stuck my head in to look around. Once I saw the clouds I was done. Back to my seat after thanking crew. I had a bad hangover so the only solution was a strong Bloody Mary or two...
PS--I even got bonus miles for the upgrade! Ah, the olden days flying rev on USAir...
