On Delta All By Myself
Because of luck and circumstance (cancellation/delay/rebooking and having to get that plane to New York) one pax found himself the sole passenger on a Delta CLE/LGA flight Monday. But at the last minute a second pax arrived and Mr. O’Leary’s private plane was no more - even so he thought the flight “very nice” and enjoyed his personalized safety briefing.

I had the privilege of a private flight EWR/PIT waaaaay back 30+ yrs ago. First, they moved me to first class, then captain invited me to flight deck. I got as far as the open door, held on, and stuck my head in to look around. Once I saw the clouds I was done. Back to my seat after thanking crew. I had a bad hangover so the only solution was a strong Bloody Mary or two...
PS--I even got bonus miles for the upgrade! Ah, the olden days flying rev on USAir...

I was close to having that experience a while back DEN-ASE, but a few people misconnected the night before. Still, I had first class all to myself
