The capital and largest city of Zambia is Lusaka. According to my best friend, Wikipedia, the only destination outside of Africa that they serve is Dubai by EK. That may be your easiest option, but I'm not sure how hard ATL-DXB is on DL (it's actually not bad on UA out of IAD)
