Are there any airlines we have an agreement with that allows purchase of first/business class ZEDs? I see it as an option on the page where we get eZEDs but the airlines I fly don't have that agreement. Just curious if any do.

First class ZEDS are very very rare in spite of what "Google" search/posts.
The ZED fare are most "always" in the coach cabin - low - medium - high - with the MEDIUM being the norm.
Not all carriers participate with each other.
ZED fare Standbys are usually accommodated after the host carriers own employees but before other carrier non-revenue standbys and buddy passes.
ZED fares are in effect a revenue standby fare.
There are rules that are followed for clearance into a coach seat and the airline and its agents can upgrade to the First or Business cabin if coach is filled depending on agreements.
When traveling research the .COM of the airlines flying between the two points and see if buying a reserved confirmed ticket (for a few dollars more) is a better deal for your own sanity !
An advantage to the ZED fare - the baggage fees maybe waived - check that feature out !
Remember you are not traveling in the 'Glory Days' of aviation when a non-rev was almost certain to get on a plane and in First Class - flights are full and frequent flying revenue customers
are screaming for entitled upgrades - Welcome to the days of the back of the bus - if that !

RMA, that's not the case when OALs nonrev on DL. DL buddies are cleared before any OALs. OALs are classed as S4 but DL uses date of flight, not employee DOH. I have yet to experience any zed airlines that I've flown do anything different. Anyone else want to chime in on that?

Wherever you go, there you are
It would be nice if more airlines/alliances did this!

Yes what is there not to like about ANY revenue for an empty seat.
At one time in the years gone past an employee could purchase a 50% ID positive space ticket.
A spendy ticket of course but it was for any published fare that was regulated by the CAB - none
of this whatever you have in your pocket; ah let's see you a have a few coins left over so let's have
a fee for baggage - still some $ left over a fee for 24 hour seat assignment - still some $ tag on
the snack food - and the ultimate a service charge to make and call reservation. Follow along the
cruise ships are getting the hang of this nickel & dime fee thing - One hell of a nasty business virus !

Ah YES the "Islander" flights to Hawaii with 5 entrée selections in First and 3 in coach.
My favorite was "Pineapple Duck Peking".
