I remember hearing about the manager not bothering with nonrevs before. Is that guy still there? That is absolutely terrible and should be cause for a huge reprimand, if not termination. And I wouldn't be surprised if it's happened multiple times. I get that he needs to get a flight out on time, and that nonrevs are basically hitchhikers, but that should be scheduled in to the daily departure "to-do" list, it's a basic task!
