That category will include misconnects and OAL pax w/out seat assignments. I just experienced flt TVC/DTW w/almost a dozen pax from UA moved to DL flt. I got on very last minute and I'm very grateful w/28 yrs seniority. Had a close call DTW/CVG but nabbed an exit row seat--yippee!
