1 and most of 2 was completed. 3 wasn't started and the developer took 4 times as long as he first indicated. Additionally, I'm moving during the first part of January (I'll be just 7 miles from my son's school!) so won't attempt to start the marketing until I've moved but should definitely get it rolling by mid January.
