I'm thinking of heading to Western Switzerland in January for a week or so, most likely flying into Geneva.

Any inexpensive hotel recommendations for Geneva, Lausanne, Montreau, or Neuchatel? Any sightseeing suggestions other than the Olympic museum in Lausanne, which is one of my top priorities? Any good winter sports nearby?
