Hi,

Well, June is the height of the travel season so be careful when deciding which flights to take. Be sure to have back-up tickets via other European gateways (you could even back-up on my wonderful airline SWISS via ZRH/GVA/BSL!!!) to make sure you can get here/home without too much bother.

As for discounts at London hotels... I usually find out which hotel my crew stay at at the destination and start there (we have a staff intranet site which gives us all the crew hotels etc). Otherwise, telex your colleagues in London (usually the "TR" address is good. that goes to airport ticket sales desks and as we all know... ticket agents know EVERYTHING!) to find out and call the hotel direct - not their national number as that is usually to a call centre who have no idea of airline rates, but actually to the front desk. Most are accommodating or will have a rate which is below the agreed airline rate which they can offer you.

Have fun and get back in touch if you need any more help.
