Chris,
Rome was very easy to get around. I think the Vatican was my favorite, it could take you forever to see everything.. so it is best to just take some time and enjoy a little and someday go back and do a little more. The Sistine Chapel was great and of coarse Michaelangelo's Pieta was not to be missed, even though it is now behind glass.

What I like the most about being in Rome was people watching, from the tourist to the vendors, I LOVE it !!
