It might sound obvious by have you looked at www.prague.cz , www.wien.gv.at/english/ or www.budapest.com for starters. Also ( although I hate to say it ) Easyjet has useful airport pages for their destinations at <a href="http://www.easyjet.com/en/where/" target="_blank">http://www.easyjet.com/en/where/</A> as does FlyBe at <a href="http://www.flybedestinations.com/" target="_blank">http://www.flybedestinations.com/</A>.
If you are thinking of doing them all at once then look into a rail pass.
