Is it true that bmi has a quota for the amount of non revs in the business cabin, regardless of the number of empty seats? I'm considering flying via Manchester down to the Caribbean using an ID tkt valid for business class. The flight in mind (Friday 3rd) seems to have lots of room and we have an agreement with BD for ID75 in C/Class, but wouldn't want to keep my hopes up for flying more comfortably with such a system in place
