Thread: ZEDing on Air France.

I´m travelling in December CDG-NRT-CDG.
It´s my first Air France flight. A friend just came back from Japan, nonreving on AF and told me there´s a Waiting List desk at CDG where he had to wait to get a seat for the flight. He told me that at the desk he was upgraded to L´espace Affairs without even asking for it. The flight is so long that I want to be upgraded too. What´s your recommendation with AF? Should I ask? Just smile and pray for the best?
By the way. The travel starts at Madrid Barajas Airport, so maybe, with plenty of space I can get the set from Madrid. Or is it better to wait for CDG?
