    going to italy in april 07-looking for cooking classes in tuscany somewhere-not overly expensive-any ideas??

    You could start by checking out the BBC website at www.bbc.co.uk and searching for cooking holidays ... I'm sure that they have featured some of these in this years Holiday series but I can't remember anything specific. This might give you leads to companys offerring such trips.
