If you don't see the Standby and Removal List, its because the international station you are looking at does not use Deltamatic as its checkin system. Most international stations now use Deltamatic, so you should see the list fine. There are just a few left that use other systems (generally whatever other airline is the contract checkin airline.) The big city that is not on deltamatic for checkin is Paris CDG. Also, PLS Turks and Caicos is not. There are a few more but I can't remember which ones.

I don't think CDG will switch over to Deltamatic anytime soon. The reason they don't use it is because Air France operates all airport gate functions, so they use Air France's checkin system. I think its generally agreed that using their system with all the contract employees is a far simpler and cost effective system. They have converted almost all other cities system wide to deltamatic so maybe they will do CDG too, but my bet is they won't.
