    well, with 20 yrs seniority and options of 5 Delta flights to fco today and return the 6th, I am sitting here cking nonrev.net and not going to rome...

    taking the train is only advisable if you can fly somewhere NEAR rome. I'd look at LCC's--some trains can take 6-8 hours+ which really digs into a city stay. Stick to your original plan since seat currently look good. Don';t freak about the day before until it becomes an issue. Breathe--you can do it--breathe..

    mrs767er, do you think the flights are full this week due to the holiday. I know domestically one teeny tiny holiday will make all of our flights full!

    If they start looking full I am going to look into the day before to other cities and do the train. That way we can get our sleep in on the 6-8 hours!
