hey folks! just looking for assistance to make our transfer easier:
    AirFrance Bus CDG to ORY

Where does the CVG flight arrive? Is that CDG3?
Do we take the shuttle to CDG2 or 3 to catch the ORY bus?

We are scheduled to arrive 10 am (medium carry bags only, of course!!)
Bus is every half hour, so we should have enough time to check in for Royal Air Maroc 1:40pm in ORY SUD?
OUI?? S'il vous plait and Merci!!

If you arrive at 10am you should have enough time, the rush hour is gone, I know you can catch it at T2 A, you might need to look online.
I know that between T2E and F you can catch the RER which will bring you to Orly rail one change, not recomended if you have some luggages.
Most of the time the eastbound flights arrive ahead of time, if I was in your shes I would take the AF bus.....

Thanks--the AF bus is the one!! Got complete details from another member--where it starts, goes, etc--they recommend 180 minutes total time, but we're close to having that if we get in on time.

Now, here's the next question related:
What about hotels around the airport?
Our flight hits ORY around 9pm. Bus to CDG--then, which hotel is best choice?
I have res for Novotel CDG under $100 US (no free shuttle but it's on the train line?)
I have res for SuiteHotel CDG for almost the same$ free shuttle.
I have nearly free res @ Sheraton using points and $50--I understand it's AT airport. (no idea how to access it--like, we can walk there?)
I can also get Radisson CDG w/shuttle free with goldpoints.
Since we're departing late AM next day, hotel itself doesn't really matter, other than convenience and price--they are almost all the same.

I do NOT know how I EVER make up my mind!!
Thanks in advance for any clues/info/feedback!

We non-revved to Paris last year and stayed one night in the SuiteHotel. It's actually walking distance to Roissy (the small village near the airport) which has a pretty good pizza shop and a convenience store. The hotel is your average airport hotel - very new, quite clean but nothing to write home about. I'd recommend it if you were only staying for one night as you had to pay extra for most amenities. We got the shuttle to/from the airport with no problems at all.

I'm sure this is after you have travelled, as I noticed I am replying to something posted nearly a month ago, but I LOVE the Sheraton CDG. It has an atrium in the center and a frosted glass floor, which you can see through the floor to see the TGV rail station. It is built into the airport and every room has a good view of all the planes! If you get a 2C view you get to see the 747s from your bedroom! What fun.

we looked at using points for the Sheraton., but they required all of mine + $, so the Novotel Convention was only $55EU. the Novotel Roissy was right by the station, too but not close as the SHeraton. WIth a strike (surprise!!) in PAris, the hotel had diff bus service which was fine, just a bit confusing. The Suite Hotel was the same price--there's quite a block of hotels by the Novotel Convention. We actually got into the room before midnight and were out by 9, so it wasn't that important--just decent price and convenience.
One of our members gave me details in a PM--and I thank you all for the contributions. ow I know more than I did before!!
PS--the AF Les CArs bus service ORY/CDG was excellent--there were so many nice people who helped with my horrid French language skills!!
Hey--does anyone knowWHY hotels in Europe put music speakers in the bathrroms?? That drove me nuts--it's louder in a small tiled room!! ARGHHHHHH
