Why should you need an access code and password just to be able to list. I haven't got these, and as a retired employee have no way of finding them easily.

The BA listing site doesn't need codes and passwords....

access code
Your airline code+GP
password
The first three digits of your airline ticket stock
For BA you need to have your ZED ticket number to log.

Correct......DL would be GPDL and the password would be DL006.

Thanks - could be useful now AF have bought a big chunk of AZ.

By the way the login entries have to be in CAPS - took me ages to figure that out!

Great info about AF listing for Delta employees. I am a recent Delta retiree and would love to have the access code & password for AF site. Can you share this info with me.

This is great, does anybody know though what the types of tickets mean when you see the number of PAD's listed already for a flight? They show PAD's listed with S, R, B, and N tickets. Which category would an OAL employee fall under? I'm also assuming that PAD would stand for standby passengers...

*EDIT

After playing around with the AF listings, my AS OAL listing would be an N2 ticket, at the bottom of the order unsurprisingly. But good to know.

IATA RECOMMENDATION FOR STAFF TICKETS:

S MEANS COMPANY BUSINESS OWN AIRLINE
R MEANS VACATION PASS OWN AIRLINE
B MEANS COMPANY BUSINESS OTHER AIRLINES
N MEANS VACATION PASS OTHER AIRLINES

For example: if I (iberia staff member) list on the air france web, I fall down on N classification.
If an air france employee use his tickets for non reving for pleasure, they are R.
In my airline the system creates an OSI which is in the PRN that classifies each one as their pass type is ussing. Standby, waitlist, and inventory is classified according the OSI, so unless the agent manipulates the template when checking-in, it automatically classifies the passenger at the proper place. as an example:

If someone usses an ID00R2, means that pays nothing, vacation, seat availability.
If someone usses an ID92R2, means discount of 92%, vacation, seat availability.
If someone from other airline wants a confirmed ticket for duty travel, it will be: ID50B1, which means 50%off, other airline company business, confirmed ticket (not standby).
If Iberia wants me to go somewhere for something, they issue me ID00S1, which means nothing to pay, company business own carrier, confirmed ticket (not standby).

Hope it helps.

You can list on Airlines and check flight loads for all zed partner at flyzed.com. You have to have a user name and password. I haven't been on the site for over a year and I was trying to get on it the other day and forgot my un and pass. I called the Delta pass bureau and they had never heard of this website. Have you ever heard of it? It's a really great way to list and check loads. Let me know.

I only use Flyzed as an airline schedule and, of course, for listing on *A flights. But don't use it for checking loads - the colours are VERY incorrect - last month I flew many oversold flights and all smiles on Flyzed.com were green. The best way is contact directly the airline you want to fly and ask them about loads, listed PAD, etc...

JC -- I'm surprised your pass bureaud did not know about the site. I think if you poke around more your bound to find someone who can give you information. Also, note that flyzed.com allows you to list only on the participating airlines (e.g., SK, OS, LH, AY). You cannot list on non-participating airlines (e.g., BA, AF, WN, AA, etc). Flight load information is also very unreliable unfortunately.
