Hi all, finally planning my first trip since joining nonrev.net! My partner and I are going to take CO to MAD then go on to LPA (Las Palmas) in May. My conundrum is whether to buy tickets on Iberia, Air Europa, Ryan Air, etc or just to use a ZED. The tickets are pretty cheap to buy, but on the other hand, there is something to be said for the flexibility of standby.

Anyone have any idea how full these flights typically run during the middle to end of May? I have purchased confirmed seats before downline, and it can be a tad stressful having to make it there ontime. Kinda like flying standby to a cruise.

I will post specific dates on the check loads area once I have the dates locked in, just looking for some preliminary advice for now!
