Thread: Dublin Day Trip

I know V has been to Dublin and I think ATG-DL has been there too. Depending on your time frame you might want to drop a PM.

I sent you a PM, but we didnt rent a car, we took a bus from the airport to downtown, and stayed in downtown Dublin. I wouldve lost what little sanity I had left if I had to drive in that City.

Thanks for the PM. I didn't mind driving in South Africa, but Boss makes me nuts any time he drives--like he's taxiing some Boeing down a runway. We like HoHo tours. Will ask Boss if he's done one in DUB yet. I appreciate the link. 32 euros isn't bad at all since you get the second day free. Convenient to buy online, too. Hotel is @ St. Stephen's Green, one of the HoHo stops. It's a very classic old hotel. I see the HoHo also gives a bonus walking tour.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of Dublin than the last short visit. Hopefully, I'll take some notes and have something to share in a few weeks.
