Mig--have you used this? Many cities have similar cards. Unless there is a target interest in certain museums, attraction, etc, some are not worth the price. The ones that included transport are usually worthwhile but the tourist should always do their homework and not assume that all these cards are a "good deal".
We've never been to Vienna ( I understand it has extremely heavy smoking on the streets compared to most EU cities--anyone know?) and it's not on a list, but it could a destination since it's near Prague. Our buddies went and were so-so but they didn't have time nor inclination to use museums, etc.
One of the advantages is skip the lines. I always love HoHo sightseeing buses but after the first go-round we hardly use the second day. Have to be a rabid visitor, hell-bent on seeing everything possible to take full advantage of some cards. This one has a lot of goodies but it IS a bit $$.

No M7 I haven’t used the card, I believe this is a new service. Like you I’m familiar with other city pass cards and like you give them mixed reviews.
To get the value you really have to… move it move it!

We had one in Brussels. Lots of museum admissions as well as most transit within the city at a pretty reasonable price - I was glad to have it!
